HTTP 422§9.22 Contact center (`/v1/workspace/contact-center/*`, `/v1/workspace/me/agent-state*`, `/v1/workspace/quality/*`, teams/roles/SSO/SCIM)

The shift or template breaks a rule (the detail says which): quarter-hour grain, 30 minutes to 16 hours, activities inside the shift and not overlapping, a custom activity names one of the company's reason codes, template names are unique.

Problem shape

Every non-2xx response is an RFC 9457 application/problem+json body. The type URI below is stable and machine-matchable, so branch on the final path segment (the code) and treat the status as redundant confirmation. See the error-handling guide.
