HTTP 409§9.5 Campaigns, scrubbing, consent, and DNC

A browser_draft voice-session token was redeemed after the draft changed: the token seals the exact draft content hash minted against, redemption recomputes it, and a mismatch refuses rather than running text the operator did not authorize. Open a new session to hear the current draft.

Problem shape

Every non-2xx response is an RFC 9457 application/problem+json body. The type URI below is stable and machine-matchable, so branch on the final path segment (the code) and treat the status as redundant confirmation. See the error-handling guide.
