emergency_address_invalid
HTTP 422§9.17 The customer team workspace on the phone (`/v1/mobile/workspace/*`, `/v1/mobile/voice/token`)
The address cannot be registered for 911: a field fails the 911 database's format rules (errors[] names it - two-letter state, five-digit ZIP, no PO Box, no & @ #; nothing was saved), or Twilio's emergency address check refused it (21628) or suggested a correction (21629, the suggestion in detail). In the carrier case the line is recorded failed and line carries it.
Problem shape
Every non-2xx response is an RFC 9457 application/problem+json body. The type URI below is stable and machine-matchable, so branch on the final path segment (the code) and treat the status as redundant confirmation. See the error-handling guide.
