HTTP 404 / 409§9.7 Telephony accounts, phone numbers, and pools

The selected-number request is absent from this company (404), has a started/confirmed number purchase, or was addressed through an individual acquisition cancellation route (409). Refresh setup and use the complete selection's cancellation action when offered; uncertain purchases must be reconciled first.
