HTTP 409§9.6 Calls, analytics, billing, and exports

POST /v1/offers/redeem for an offer this company cannot use now; detail says why (not yet accepted on the offer page, a negotiated price or custom term that needs a signed order, prices republished since it was written, already used for another company, or this company already subscribes). Nothing is bound.

Problem shape

Every non-2xx response is an RFC 9457 application/problem+json body. The type URI below is stable and machine-matchable, so branch on the final path segment (the code) and treat the status as redundant confirmation. See the error-handling guide.
