HTTP 422§9.22 Contact center (`/v1/workspace/contact-center/*`, `/v1/workspace/me/agent-state*`, `/v1/workspace/quality/*`, teams/roles/SSO/SCIM)

The CSV cannot be imported. reason: file_too_large (1 MB), too_many_rows (2,000), headers_invalid (first row must name email plus any of name, role, team, teams, skills, status, queue, queues), empty_file, not_utf8, csv_malformed. Row-level problems are not errors: the preview marks each row.

Problem shape

Every non-2xx response is an RFC 9457 application/problem+json body. The type URI below is stable and machine-matchable, so branch on the final path segment (the code) and treat the status as redundant confirmation. See the error-handling guide.
