vocapableworkspace_recording_not_offered
POST /workspace/calls/{id}/recording with start on a call whose line does not record, a personal-phone attempt ("Not recorded - made from a personal phone"), a company whose recording staff turned off, or a call whose caller already declined. Nothing was recorded.
Problem shape
Every non-2xx response is an RFC 9457 application/problem+json body. The type URI below is stable and machine-matchable, so branch on the final path segment (the code) and treat the status as redundant confirmation. See the error-handling guide.
